Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses, bundles, lifetime membership and annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Contact us by replying to your welcome email or through our contact page. We do not offer refunds outside of this 30 day period.

Annual subscriptions

If you're not satisfied with your annual subscription, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund. In addition, you can cancel your subscription at any time after this 30 day period by visiting the 'My Subscription' page, (also linked in the footer of the EngineeringSkills.com website).

If you cancel your subscription outside of our 30 day refund period, you will continue to have access to all content on our site, until the end of your billing period and your subscription will not auto-renew. We do not offer refunds for any remaining time on your subscription.

For all refunds, please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
